We visited the Mare and Foal Sanctuary just outside Newton Abbott, we had a wonderful day and were honoured to have a tour of the new stable block.
The staff introduced us to some of the long term residents at the sanctuary and it was wonderful to see how well cared for and happy they are, it was interesting to hear about the history of the sanctuary and we look forward to seeing the new stable block in action.
